Bishop Kenny Wright
Bishop Kenny Wright was born and raised in Hamburg, AR. After serving in the Military, Bishop moved to Little Rock, AR where he has been living now for over 30 years.
Over the years, Bishop has offered his services and worn many hats throughout the years. Starting as an Usher, he’s grown and touch many lives as Sunday School superintendent, Deacon, intercessory, and evangelist as he taught in the nursing homes, juvenile and prison systems. He was ordain as a minister in 1999. He received His doctorate in ministry from Kingdom Bible College in 2012 and licensed as a chaplain in 2017. Over the years, Bishop has continued to serve the Lord and his church and we’re thankful to be under the leadership of such an honorable man of God.
MEET OUR LEADERS
Bishop Kenny and Lady Vickie Wright are the founders of The Spirit of the Lord God Church (SLGC). Married over 30 yrs., Bishop and Lady has 2 daughters Lakeshia and Kameka, 3 grandchildren Madison, Cody, and Skylar. Bishop Wright had Godly favor with setting up the ministry. SLGC was established on January 9, 2007 With God’s given theme: Isaiah 61:1 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; because the Lord hath appointed me to preach good things unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.” Bishop Kenny has been spreading the word of God for 20 years and continues to bring forth new soldiers in Christ with his teachings, fellowship, and guidance through ministry.
Prophetess Vickie D Wright
Prophetess Vickie D Wright was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. She’s a graduate of Little Rock Central High and Arkansas Baptist College with a Bachelors in Behavioral and Human Service. She was acknowledged on the Dean’s List and published in The American Scholars Autobiography. She has worn many hats throughout her years of ministry. As a Greeter, Sunday School teacher, and Intercessor, these gifts lead up to her ordination in 2005 as a minister the Word of God where she ministered in the Juvenile and Prison Systems. In 2012 She received her doctorate degree in ministry from Kingdom Bible College and in 2017 She was licensed as a Chaplain. She has and continue to serve in many aspects of the Church today.
Glory be to God for all his miraculous works that he has profoundly put in her life.
